INTRODUCTION

As part of our services, we provide a platform where participants can register & play, whilst if they answer correctly, they win amazing prizes instantly. It is sacrosanct to carefully read the game rules, because they apply to every game played on our platform. By registration, you have expressly agreed to abide by the game rules and all other terms & conditions. However, periodic changes can be made to the game rules. We are obliged to give due notice to participants about any changes to the game rules. The new rules shall take effect 24 hours after its release and shall be binding on subsequent contests.

REGISTRATION

The platform requires a smartphone, computer or any mobile device to access the platform. It is mandatory for each participant of the contest to have active subscription before participating in the contest. Users can subscribe to MyClub by sending START MCD/MCW/MCM to 13241 or visiting www.myclub.zubyrium.com. Registration & participation can be made via USSD/WEB PORTAL for NGN10/DAY, NGN50/WEEK, NGN200/MONTH. Participant are required to fill in correctly their valid registration details. If we find reason to believe to believe a user has filled in incorrect details for malicious purposes, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw such participant’s right to use the platform.

QUIZ CONTEST

Questions in various game categories are released with 3 options daily. Participants are expected to answer & submit the question correctly & promptly as the fastest fingers with correct answers win the game prizes. Before the question of the day, notice is given to participants ahead of the quiz, this notice will include prizes to be won, the number of winners to receive prizes and the specified time the quiz would be live. Participants are expected to answer questions correctly within the specified time window as stated in the game notice. Answers which are submitted after the time window has elapsed or after fastest finger winners have been picked may be considered for consolatory “game points” at the discretion of Zubyrium. Once an answer is submitted, it cannot be retrieved. Once a participant submits an answer, such user is immediately awarded with prizes and loyalty points if they are part of the fastest fingers with the correct answer.

PRIZES

Participants of the quiz contest who answer quiz questions correctly are instantly awarded prizes. Prizes would be clearly stated before the commencement of any game. There are amazing prizes up for grabs; prizes include cash, shopping vouchers, airtime & data subscriptions, movie tickets and lots more. Identities of winners are authenticated and verified prior to redemption of physical prizes/rewards. Failure to validate the identity of the game winner nullifies the redemption of any physical prizes won. Prizes would be awarded only if the contest is valid. Contests can be cancelled at any time if there is a reason to believe there has been any illegality or unethical acts. Prizes are non-transferrable.

LOYALTY POINTS & LEADERBOARD

Loyalty points are awarded upon Registration (100 Points), Subscription (10Points/Daily, 50 points/Weekly, 200 points/Monthly). Points are awarded to participants who provide correct answers to quiz questions (100points). The Leaderboard is a table which arranges all participants in the game contest according to a hierarchy of loyalty points accumulated by each participant of the game. The Leaderboard is updated daily. The Top 3 participants on the leaderboard are also eligible to win amazing prizes monthly.

REDEMPTION

Prizes won can be redeemed instantly using a winning ticket/voucher code. This winning ticket-code is issued immediately a participant wins a quiz contest. Rewards earned in the MyClub Quiz Contest may be in either electronic form or physical goods. Certain game prizes and campaigns winnings are locked to specific redemption merchants. For example, an airtime voucher cannot be redeemed for movie tickets and prizes are not transferable.
