These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to MyClub (The Quiz Contest).
Kindly review the Terms and Conditions listed below diligently prior to participating. Participating using our platform indicates your agreement to be expressly bound by its Terms and Conditions without modification. You agree that if you are unsure of the meaning of any part of these Terms and Conditions or have any questions regarding the Terms and Conditions, you will not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Zubyrium Consulting Limited reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of both these Terms and Conditions at any time
These Terms and Conditions fully govern the quiz contests. No extrinsic evidence, whether oral or written, will be incorporated. Parties agree that they are only able to participate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions or do not wish to be bound by them, you agree to refrain from participating. You may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions for the Quiz Contest on the MyClub Website.
MyClub is a mobile WEB PORTAL/SMS service that enables subscribers enjoy football club related news/alerts. This service also enables football club lovers to participate in daily football contests via a rich media web portal and USSD channels.
Customers that have expressed interest to participate in the Quiz contest using our platform are required to either provide registration details (Name, Mobile-Number, email address) on our WEB portal or send MCD/MCW/MCM to 13241 for DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY subscription plans. Participants are required to fill in valid registration details; failure to use your valid credentials makes it impossible for us to associate loyalty points against your mobile number. A one-time SMS token is sent to the registered mobile phone number as a means of verifying the mobile number and MUST be entered correctly to complete the registration process via our web portal.
By signing up, the participant consent to the collection, process, use and sharing of the data provided on the site to Zubyrium Consulting Limited & Waafa Technologies Limited in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation of 2019 and any other applicable Data Protection laws/requirements and for any other lawful purpose. Personal data within the meaning of this information is any information that may have a reference to its Owner/person/Company details, i.e. name, address, email and internet protocol addresses and related corporate and transaction details.
The Competition is only open to participant aged (18 years and above) resident in Nigeria and Nigerians in Diaspora with a valid Nigerian mobile phone number
To Participate, send ‘MCM’- monthly subscription for N200 (Two hundred Naira) / Month OR Send ‘MCW’ Weekly subscription for N50 (Fifty Naira) OR Send ‘MCD’ daily subscription for N10 (Ten Naira) via SMS to 13241 or via web portal.
Questions in various game categories are released with 3 options daily. Participants are expected to answer & submit the question correctly & promptly to stand a chance of winning.
Prior to the commencement of the daily games, notifications are sent to participants ahead of the quiz. Participants will be notified of prizes to be won, number of winners to rewarded and the specified time such quiz would be live. Participants are expected to correctly answer questions within the specified time window as stated in the notice. Answers which are submitted after the time window has elapsed or after fastest finger winners have been picked may be considered for consolatory “game points” at the discretion of Zubyrium. Once an answer is submitted, it cannot be retrieved. Once a participant submits an answer, such user is immediately awarded with prizes and loyalty points if they are part of the fastest fingers with the correct answer.
MyClub takes no liability for contest participants’ inability to play or conclude the game/contest/campaigns due to faulty equipment, GSM Network disturbances, unsent SMS, data disconnection, wrongly entered keywords and/or incorrect game access codes. Customers are responsible for Network, SMS and data related charges.
Leaderboard is a dashboard which arranges all participants in the game contest according to a hierarchy of game points accumulated over time by each participant of the game. The Leaderboard is updated daily.
Our loyalty class are categorized into 5 parts: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze. Participants can accumulate more points to step up their membership class and may win bigger rewards by topping the leaderboard.
Participants who answer questions correctly (fastest fingers) are rewarded with Instant prizes and awarded 100 game points
Prizes & Loyalty Points are instantly awarded to participants after each quiz contest is won. Prizes & Game Points are defined and communicated to participants via our social media accounts, IN-APP notifications, SMS Push notifications and any other means available before a game begins.
Additional prizes and/or specials may be introduced during the Promotion at the discretion of the Service Provider. These will be in addition to the prizes outlined above. If additional prizes are introduced, the Promoter will publish and notify participants of any additional terms and conditions as may be applicable.
You will not be eligible to win a prize and we may disqualify you from the Contest if (a) we reasonably believe you have entered on behalf of any other User (b) you do not meet, or you cease to meet, the eligibility criteria specified in the Terms and Conditions or (c) you have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
We may publish a list of winners on the Platform, and you acknowledge and agree that we may use your name and any likeness/photograph that you have uploaded to your Account on the Platform for this purpose. If you wish to object to our use of your name and likeness/photograph, please contact help@zubyrium.com
Prizes will not be offered to players who (i) are based in countries from which MyClub does not accept entries; or (ii) have had an account suspended or closed by MyClub Services for any reason.
Participants who make it to the Top 3 Leaderboard monthly may be awarded prizes, and extra Game Points.
Prizes can be categorized into Airtime & Data subscription, Shopping Vouchers, Utility vouchers, movie & event tickets. Prizes are variables and can be categorized into more forms as the contest’s advances. Certain game prizes are locked to specific redemption merchants.
There is no cash alternative for any non-cash prizes and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If for any reason a participant decides to change his phone number, his accumulated points shall not be transferred to his new number but shall remain in the initial phone number.
The MyClub products & its features are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the service provider(Zubyrium Consulting Limited). No license is granted to participants in respect to any such right, except to the extent required by the for participant personal use of the service in accordance with these terms and conditions.
MyClub and any other Zubyrium Consulting products or service names are owned by the service provider and participants shall not be entitled to reproduce such marks without the express consent of the Service provider.
All personal data supplied during the registration will be used solely for the purpose of the Game Show by Zubyrium Consulting Limited & Waafa Technologies Limited. Zubyrium Consulting limited will share or disclose personal data to a third party after receiving participant’s positive consent for such disclosure. Participant’s personal data will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy, available at (www.myclub.zubyrium.com/privacy)
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Nigeria in English and governed by Nigeria law pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time.
This section tells you that we may act in response to account fraud, misuse or abuse, including taking away Points and suspending or closing your account. This section also tells you more about the contest and your rights under this Agreement, including information about how we may contact you.
Please contact the Zubyrium Consulting Limited Help Centre immediately if you suspect your Account is the target of fraud or suspicious activity.
